12-1 pm Power Hour Yoga (all levels) Erika

CLASS DESCRIPTIONS

Vinyasa Flow with Kendra/Kristine or Erika/Donna: Poses focusing on alignment and breathing through the poses in a flowing sequence. Level 1/2 M/W/F and all levels on S/S.

Ashtanga Inspired with Kristine: Strengthen your practice with Ashtanga inspired movements and poses. Level 2/3.

Restorative Yoga with Donna: Relax and restore the body, connecting to the soul with breath. All levels.

Nia with Shara: Nia is a blend of martial arts, dance arts and healing arts, choreographed and freeform movement with contemporary and world music. All levels.

Kundalini with Wendy A: Kundalini Yoga develops the body’s strength to balance and heal. Includes Pranayam meditation and chanting. All levels welcome.

Power Flow with Fehan: A unique blend of yoga styles with her own creative methods. Level 2/3.

Iyengar Inspired Yoga with Jeff: Iyengar - inspired class, holding postures, structural alignment, the use of props and anatomical instructions. All levels.

Yoga with Grace by Wendy K: This class is inspired by Iyengar teachings. All levels.

Power Hour Yoga with Erika: Flowing vinyasas and strengthening asana for challenge and fun. All levels.

Happy Hour Yoga with Kristine/Kendra: Connect the body and mind with a flowing practice and intention. All levels.

Meditation for Transformation with Branden: Nourishment for the body, heart, mind, and spirit. All welcome.

    Hey Brandon any chance that Kundalini classes could be early am 5 or 5:30 – 6:30 ish or on weekends? I fell in love with Kundalini in India this spring and just went to Summer Solctice and am so blown away with all that Kundalini brings to you. Also could we do an early Sadana a few days a week? Maybe some white tantric ? For the summer I am a 7am -5pm working landscaping, thus the time requests . When does the new studio open? Cannot wait to see the new space.
