Happy Feet Yoga's kids program is about empowering the child through yoga. Using yoga to
educate, HFY aims to teach stress management, decision making, compassion, presence, acceptance of self, and the connection between ourselves, others and the natural world around us.
Yoga improves strength, flexibility, and coordination for everyone from the skier/snowboarder to the ballerina/gymnast.
